Once your order is picked up by our courier partners, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location within the UAE.
You’ll receive an automatic shipping notification with a tracking number to follow your order in real time.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our store and service center in Dubai.

Prefer to collect your order in person? Simply select Store Pickup at checkout.
- Pickup orders are processed within 24 hours
- Orders will be held for up to 7 days from the ready-for-pickup notification
Note: Assembled electric scooters and bikes must be collected in person. Due to size and safety concerns, they are not eligible for courier delivery.
