📦 Warranty Coverage
The following components are covered for manufacturing defects:
– Battery: 6 months
– Motor: 1 year
– Controller: 1 year
Note: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
❌ Not Covered Under Warranty
Warranty does not apply in the following cases:
– Normal wear and tear of any covered component
– Product not purchased from KUGOO AE or an authorized dealer
– Unauthorized repairs or modifications
– Use of non-original or faulty parts
– Water exposure (rain, puddles, direct washing)
– Damage from accidents, vandalism, improper transport and assembly
– Dirt, corrosion, or improper storage
– Expired warranty period
– Ignoring guidelines in the user manual
– Missing, tampered, or unreadable serial numbers
🛠 Claim Process & Shipping
All warranty claims are reviewed by KUGOO AE. If the issue is not covered, we will provide a quote for repair and shipping.
Important: Shipping costs for sending and receiving the product during warranty service are not covered by KUGOO AE. The customer is responsible for all delivery fees.
